About the Service
The Hollies is a 5-bed supported living service supporting a mix of male and females with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and physical disabilities. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including helicopter museums , aircraft shows and days out helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and physical disabilities to live life their way.
You’ll
Support independence and personal goals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support
