Job Introduction
We are delighted to be able to offer two positions for the role of Community Care Officer Level 2 (CCO) within our Adult Care and Community Wellbeing Team (Lincoln North and Gainsborough). We are looking for individuals to fill a full time position (37 hours per week) and a part time position (18.5 hours per week). The positions are available due to internal progression and development.
A Community Care Officer level 2 (CCO) plays a vital role in supporting adults with identified care and support needs, ensuring the right support is received at the right time to enable independent living. This role is central to delivering statutory duties under the Care Act 2014.
