Community Practitioner

NTaR is a partnership between CNTW, Humankind and Changing Lives. We are an integrated team comprising nurses, social workers, recovery co coordinators and Consultant Psychiatrists delivering high quality, evidenced based care via structured interventions. CNTW was CQC rated outstanding on last inspection. This post sits within the Adult Treatment Team and the post holder will deliver clinical based interventions to a caseload of adults who require support to achieve recovery from substance use. The post holder will have a professional qualification; Registered Nurse (RMN /RGN/ RNMH or RNLD) or Social Work. The post holder will have post registration clinical experience in addictions services, excellent interpersonal skills and understand the importance of engagement with not only the client but their care givers and the wider multi-disciplinary team.
