Factory Maintenance Technician

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, fault-finding and repairs on machinery and equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and equipment documentation.

• Coordinate and support external service engineers, site improvements and new installations.

• Maintain site infrastructure, including power supplies, compressed air systems, buildings and general facilities.

• Plan and record maintenance activities, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication.

• Manage maintenance spares and inventory to ensure parts are available when required.

• Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency and performance.
