About the Role

Calderdale Recovery Steps is seeking to recruit a committed, reliable and experienced Domestic Abuse Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with, and deputise for, the Service Manager to lead on the development, coordination and evaluation of local domestic abuse service delivery within CRS in line with the Calderdale Strategic Domestic Abuse Plan.

Key responsibilities will include

Preparing for and attending daily DRAMM and fortnightly MARAC meetings as the CRS representative, ensuring that relevant information is shared appropriately and in accordance with local protocols.

Ensuring all actions arising from these meetings are followed up promptly and accurately recorded on relevant systems.

Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of service performance and contributing to the quarterly performance report submitted to the Calderdale Domestic Abuse Performance Monitoring Meeting.

Working collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure effective support pathways and positive outcomes for individuals affected by substance use and domestic abuse.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping and developing domestic abuse services across Calderdale while supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
