What You'll Be Doing

Providing tailored 1

1 and group support to students

‍ Collaborating with teachers to enhance learning outcomes
Monitoring and reporting on student progress
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Supporting the development of EHCPs

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
Experience working in a healthcare/care worker environment
Understanding of learning disabilities and support strategies
️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
❤️ Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
Relevant qualifications (bonus, but not essential!)
