Operational Leadership

Oversee daily team operations, ensuring continuous service delivery and high-quality care or performance standards.

Line Management

Provide direct supervision, development, and support to team staff throughout the fixed-term period.

Strategic & Operational Planning

Help implement departmental objectives and contribute to strategic priorities.

Governance & Quality

Maintain compliance with organisational standards, auditing protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Key Collaboration

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage resource allocation and process improvements.
