Assessment of service user needs in relation particularly to optimising independence and physical function, and symptom control Devising a formal plan for families and carers to provide physiotherapy interventions as part of overall care Promoting choice in all aspects of clinical practice reviewing and making suggestions to enhance the service user experience and enabling concerns and complaints to be raised freely by service user and their representatives To liaise and communicate with other health and social care professionals and volunteers in the planning and delivery of physiotherapy
