Graduate - Early Career Finance Business Partner

You will gain broad experience across management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis. You will learn how EdenServ finances its operations, manages budgets and cash flow, maintains effective financial controls and uses performance information to make sound operational and commercial decisions.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will produce accurate financial information and help managers understand their budgets, costs and performance. You will prepare reports and analysis, monitor income and expenditure, investigate variances and explain financial information in clear, practical language. You will also support month-end and year-end processes, routine audit work, cash-flow monitoring and the maintenance of accurate accounting records. Working with the Head of Corporate Services, Finance Assistant, managers and operational colleagues, you will build your understanding of EdenServ’s services and identify practical ways to make finance processes and reporting simpler, quicker and more accurate. You will use Xero, Microsoft Excel and other finance systems, with training and support provided.
