About this role
The role Lead nurse-led clinics for diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. Undertake annual reviews, care planning and treatment optimisation. Independently prescribe within scope of practice. Lead childhood, travel and seasonal vaccination programmes. Complete medication reviews and support repeat prescribing workflows. Manage clinical medication queries and medicines optimisation. Provide cervical cytology services. Supervise and support the wider nursing and clinical support team. Contribute to quality improvement, clinical governance and infection control.
