HR Support Officer

Your new role

To deliver proactive, people-focused operational support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring an efficient, responsive and positive HR service for employees and managers across the organisation..Working closely with the HR Manager, the post holder will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, contribute to the development and implementation of HR systems and processes, and coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing and employer branding initiatives.The role requires an experienced, highly organised and personable individual who can work independently, manage competing priorities, build positive relationships across the business and continually identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery and the employee experience.

What you'll need to succeed

3 5 years' experience in HR administration or operational HR within a busy, fast-paced environment.CIPD Level 3 qualification.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a naturally approachable, outgoing and people-focused manner.Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and take ownership without constant supervision.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data, with strong IT and reporting skills.Demonstrable initiative, resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
