Finance Analyst

Your new company

Hays Senior Finance are partnering with a global, multi-entity organisation to recruit an experienced Interim Finance Analyst for an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy finance function and play a key role in supporting intercompany accounting operations across an international business.

Your new role

As Finance Analyst, you will take ownership of intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations, billing, settlements and the resolution of outstanding balances. Working closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and wider finance teams, you will support month-end processes, investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate transaction processing within SAP. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role is 5 days working from the office.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous intercompany accounting experience is essential for this role. You will have a proven track record of managing intercompany reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies, settling intercompany balances and supporting month-end close activities across multiple entities. Experience using SAP ECC is highly desirable, alongside strong Excel skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across finance, AP and AR functions. Candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable operating within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
