Phlebotomist - AWC Division

Pre-employment Requirements Vaccinations

As part of recruitment to Modality Partnership, vaccination status will be reviewed to manage individual and environmental risks. Evidence of Hepatitis B vaccination (x3 doses), titre levels and/or booster, plus MMR and Varicella status will be required.
