We are recruiting for an Assembly Operative/Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established engineering company in Grantham.

The Role
You will be responsible for repairing, servicing, and overhauling electro-mechanical equipment in a busy workshop environment.
The role involves working to deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards, completing job documentation, and adhering to health and safety procedures while collaborating with a skilled team.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience in an electro-mechanical environment (desirable)
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Flexibility for shifts and overtime

07:30 – 16:15 (Mon–Thu), 07:30 – 12:30 (Fri)
