Corporate Solicitor 2- 5 PQE

Your new company

This well-established law firm has a strong presence across the North West and an excellent reputation for its commercial work. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit a corporate solicitor to join its team in Lancashire.

Your new role

This role will see you handle a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, business restructures and general company matters. You will manage your own matters while working alongside experienced senior lawyers on more complex transactions. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong client relationships and get involved in business development.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer with around 2-5 years' PQE and have previous corporate experience. You will have experience handling corporate transactions and be comfortable managing your own caseload and dealing directly with clients.
