Every student should be encouraged to discover their strengths, develop their confidence and achieve more than they thought possible.We are looking for a curious, enthusiastic and academically minded individual to help us develop an exciting new approach to academic enrichment, independent learning and student support within our Senior School.Based in our Library, this varied and rewarding role combines a love of books, reading and ideas with the opportunity to work directly with young people. You might be a recent graduate considering a career in education, someone with experience of mentoring young people, or simply someone with a passion for learning who would enjoy helping students develop their own intellectual interests and academic confidence. We are interested in applicants from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds. You do not need to be a qualified teacher or librarian. What matters most is intellectual curiosity, initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and connect with young people.
