Graduate Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

Bardic Construction is an established Swansea construction company looking for an enthusiastic graduate to assist with project management and job costing.

This is an entry-level opportunity to gain practical experience in construction, working alongside our management and site teams.

The role will include

Assisting with planning and coordinating construction projects.

Helping prepare estimates, quotations and cost breakdowns.

Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor prices.

Tracking labour, materials and plant costs against job budgets.

Maintaining project records and monitoring progress.

Attending site visits and liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.

We’re looking for someone who

Has a degree in construction management, quantity surveying, civil engineering or a related subject.

Lives within commuting distance of Swansea.

Is organised, reliable and keen to learn.

Is confident with numbers, Excel and general IT.

Communicates well and takes a practical approach to solving problems.

Previous construction experience would be helpful but is not essential.

Pay

The applicable statutory minimum wage initially.
