Mobile Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their established team in North Yorkshire, covering Middlesbrough, Durham, Darlington, and surrounding areas. The Mobile Vehicle Technician role provides the chance to work directly from your driveway, attending customer sites for servicing and diagnostics.

Duties

• Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on-site at customer locations
• Operate from a fully equipped service van, starting and finishing from home
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Accurately complete job cards and documentation
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently
• Manage your workload independently, ensuring timely and effective service delivery

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience as a mobile or workshop vehicle technician
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills
• Confident working independently and managing daily jobs on the road
