About this role
To manage a team of patients with support of Nurse In Charge, HCA and other colleagues. a keen interest in acute stroke care is desirable to support the hyperacute stroke patients on their pathway The role includes fundamental cares, medicine management , documentation, enteral feeding, swallow screens, cannulation and venepuncture. The applicant must have the means to travel around the community, to attend patents in their own home and work for on all trust sites.
