Support Worker

We are seeking two Support Workers.

It's our job to help people with disabilities live each day to the full. We're developing our community day services in Lincoln, and this is an exciting time to join our experienced and friendly team.

We make sure we offer a wide range of purposeful opportunities which help the people we support have new and meaningful experiences and develop new skills. With a focus on sharing your talents, interests and skills, bring your energy, and can-do approach, and help make a difference every day.

We are looking for Support Workers who can work flexibly, with a positive outlook, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. The ability to drive with access to a vehicle for work would be an advantage. We have 2 x full-time roles. Please talk to us about the hours available, we work flexibly across the week including some weekends and evenings.
