Restaurant Associates is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to join our team on a fixed-term contract at a prestigious, high-profile client site in Brackley.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, playing a key role in delivering an outstanding staff restaurant experience where great food, warm hospitality and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do.

Working closely with the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, you’ll help lead the daily restaurant operation, inspire the Front of House team and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional welcome and exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

Lead from the front

Motivate and support the Front of House team, setting the standard for outstanding customer service and creating a positive team culture.

Deliver exceptional service

Support the daily set-up and smooth running of the restaurant, ensuring every service is efficient, welcoming and memorable.

Keep standards high

Ensure food displays, counters and service areas are presented beautifully, clean and ready for service.

Get the details right

Create clear display labels and cross-check allergen information against our in-house purchasing platform to help ensure accurate, compliant food information.

Embrace digital hospitality

Use Dynamify confidently to process refunds, update menu items and support a seamless digital customer journey.

Champion safety and compliance

Help maintain the highest standards of health, safety and food safety, ensuring procedures and regulations are followed.

Support and develop the team

Assist with training compliance, rota planning and team communication to keep operations running smoothly.

Make every day special

Help deliver a seasonal, curated programme of Surprise & Delight moments, community events and collaborative initiatives with the wider GREWE team.

Bring hospitality to life

Support the seamless delivery of meetings, hospitality services and client events, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

What we're looking for

• Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant, café or hospitality environment.
• A confident, approachable leader who enjoys supporting, motivating and bringing out the best in others.
• A genuine passion for great food, excellent service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to keep things running smoothly in a busy environment.
• A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Confidence using digital systems and a willingness to learn new technology.
• A flexible, adaptable team player who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering high standards.
