About this role
Magnolia House is seeking a caring, compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, dignity and wellbeing while promoting independence and providing person-centred care.
You will help residents feel secure and settled overnight, respond promptly to call bells, carry out regular checks, provide personal care when required and maintain a clean, safe environment. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care in line with their individual care plans and the home's policies and procedures.
