Out of Hours Night Manager - Crisis Pathway

Leading, managing and coordinating the out of hour services within the crisis pathway Ensuring safe and effective delivery of services Support and manage complex cases Rota management The role will involve working closely with the OOMs who are based in the Adult Inpatient Service and there will be times where cross cover may be required. Being on the on-call rota Line managing staff Providing supervision and reflective practice to staff Being a point of escalation for the teams out of hours Communicate and work effectively with partner agencies Audits and ensuring standards of care are being met within the teams Please note this is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities of the post. The post holder may be required to undertake other duties as may reasonably be required commensurate with the grade and/or hours of work at the post holders initial place of work or at any other of the Trusts establishments.
