Senior Registered Nurse (Community)

The post holder will be enthusiastic, promoting the delivery of a quality service and ensuring individual's they are supporting are fully involved in all aspects of assessment, planning, care and treatment as appropriate, including being professionally and legally accountable. The service is looking for motivated and forward thinking Senior nurse's as part of our team. You must be able to act as a Lead professional and should be able to work well independently as well as part of a wider team. The team covers a Monday - Friday 9am -5pm service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload under the supervision of the Clinical Specialist Nurse, providing assessment, treatment, advice and support to clients, carers and other professionals.
