About this role

Our service recently achieved a Good CQC rating, reflecting the commitment and professionalism of our team. We are proud of what we have achieved and are continuing to build on this success through ongoing quality improvement and our ambition to progress towards AIMS Rehabilitation Accreditation. At SRRS, we recognise that our staff are our greatest asset. You will receive regular management and clinical supervision, access to a wide range of training and development opportunities, and support to develop your career within mental health rehabilitation and the wider Trust. As a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse within the Suffolk Rehabilitation and Recovery Service (SRRS), you will play a key role in supporting people with complex psychosis to progress on their recovery journey and achieve greater independence. You will work as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred, recovery-focused care within a specialist inpatient rehabilitation setting. Please see attached job description which includes person specification and criteria for the job listed. Please note due to the nature of our roles and patient demographic, you will be required to undertake physical intervention training and remain trained, as required by your role.
