KPI Education is seeking passionate and motivated graduates to support young people who require additional academic and pastoral support outside mainstream education.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates interested in teaching, psychology, youth work or supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The Role
•
Deliver 1
1 and small-group tuition in Maths, English and Science.
•
Support young people who face barriers to mainstream education.
•
Build positive relationships and encourage confidence and independence.
•
Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and abilities.
•
Promote positive engagement, behaviour and educational progress.
The Ideal Candidate
•
A graduate in Psychology, Education, Maths, English, Science or a related subject.
•
An aspiring teacher, educational psychologist or tutor.
•
Confident communicating with and motivating young people.
•
Patient, resilient and passionate about making a difference.
•
Tutoring, mentoring or youth work experience is desirable.
