Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead an established, Ofsted-rated Good children's residential home in Thamesmead, SE28, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading and developing the staff team, overseeing care planning and risk assessments, maintaining Ofsted compliance and promoting positive outcomes for children and young people.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years' experience in children's residential care, including at least one year in a management or supervisory role. A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or a willingness to complete an Ofsted-recognised equivalent, is required.

Salary

£50,000–£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
