Salary
£79,000 per annum + Car Allowance
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Area Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of care homes throughout Scotland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong senior leader to drive quality, compliance, operational performance and business growth, ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Home Managers to deliver high standards of care and performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.
- Oversee budgets, occupancy and operational performance.
- Develop high-performing teams and promote a positive culture.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders.
About You
- Proven senior leadership experience within the care sector, ideally across multiple care homes.
- Strong knowledge of quality, compliance and care regulations in Scotland.
- Excellent leadership, communication and financial management skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and improving residents’ lives.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland.
