About this role
• To deliver high standard care and support to adults who have a diagnosis of autism spectrum condition,
• Support individuals in the areas of recreation, leisure and social skills, education, relationships and lifestyle planning, structured activities and ensure wellbeing of everyone within the service,
• To work in partnership with local authorities, health care professionals, community services and ESPA’s MDT
