Role Overview

We are looking for a highly versatile and proactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the upkeep, repair, and improvement of residential apartment blocks. This role requires someone confident across multiple trades—electrical, plumbing, joinery, basic decorating, fault-finding, and general building maintenance.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and able to tackle a wide range of tasks with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
