Traffic Marshall / Banksman

As the Site Traffic Marshall, you will be responsible for

-

Directing and controlling the movement of vehicles entering, leaving and moving around the site.

-

Safely guiding delivery drivers and plant operators when manoeuvring.

-

Ensuring the safe movement of pedestrians and vehicles around the site.

-

Managing site deliveries and assisting with unloading where required.

-

Maintaining clear access routes and ensuring site traffic rules are followed.

-

Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators and site management.

-

Wearing the appropriate PPE and following all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements for the

Traffic Marshall / Banksman

-

Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall or Banksman on a construction site.

-

Valid CSCS card.

-

Traffic Marshall / Banksman training or certification.

-

Good communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions.

-

A strong understanding of construction site health and safety procedures.

-

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

-

Full PPE and the ability to provide relevant documentation when requested.
