We are currently recruiting for a Site Operative to work on a busy business park project. This role involves supporting site operations by setting out and collecting traffic management equipment to ensure work areas remain safe and clearly marked.

Full training will be provided, with an initial 2-week paid training period for successful candidates.

Duties

• Setting out traffic cones, barriers, and signage before works commence
• Ensuring traffic management equipment is positioned safely and correctly
• Collecting and removing cones, signs, and barriers once works have been completed
• Carrying out general site operative duties as required
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good awareness of health and safety on site
• Previous site or traffic management experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
