Weighbridge Operator to join a busy recycling and waste management facility in Blackpool.

This

Weighbridge Operator position involves managing vehicle movements, maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support within a busy recycling environment.

Duties

-

Operating the weighbridge system and recording vehicle weights.

-

Monitoring vehicles entering and leaving the site.

-

Maintaining accurate tonnage records and documentation.

-

Answering telephone calls and handling general administration.

-

Conducting visitor inductions and checking PPE requirements.

-

Ensuring site health and safety procedures are followed.

Providing excellent customer service to drivers and visitors.

Requirements

Good administration and IT skills.

-

Strong communication and organisational skills.

-

Excellent attention to detail.

-

Customer service experience.

-

Ability to follow health and safety procedures.

-

Previous weighbridge experience beneficial.
