Full time hours on a temporary basis

Data Analysis and Insight Development

Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities.
Develop robust analytical products that provide meaningful insight into service performance and business outcomes.
Interpret and communicate analytical findings in a clear and accessible manner.
Produce business-focused recommendations based on data evidence and intelligence.
Support strategic and operational decision-making through the provision of high-quality analysis and insight.
Respond to ad hoc requests for data analysis and intelligence.

Data Product Development

Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and other data products.
Translate stakeholder requirements into effective reporting and analytical solutions.
Support the development of self-service reporting tools and performance frameworks.
Ensure data products are accurate, user-friendly and aligned to business needs.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics and insight capabilities.
Contribute to the development of data standards and best practice.

Business Intelligence and Performance Reporting

Develop and maintain management information and performance reporting systems.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting on service outcomes.
Support the creation of performance frameworks and measurement methodologies.
Identify emerging trends and areas requiring improvement or intervention.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
