Primary Supply Teachers and Teaching Assistants

Primary Supply Teachers, TAs & HLTAs – A Local Agency That Knows You

Looking for supply work with a team that actually gets to know you?

You’re more than a name on a database at West Country Educational Agency.

For nearly 30 years, we’ve been helping teachers and support staff find rewarding work in primary schools across Wiltshire, Swindon, Bath and Somerset.

We’re an independent, primary-specialist education agency, which means we know our schools, understand the local area and – importantly – take the time to get to know you.

Whether you’re an ECT looking for your first opportunities, an experienced teacher wanting more flexibility, or a TA, HLTA or senior leader looking for a new challenge, we’ll listen to what you’re looking for and match you with schools where your skills and experience will be valued.
