About this role

We are seeking a committed Pastoral Manager to play a key role in ensuring our pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. This role leads our pastoral systems, coordinates multi‑agency support around each child, and promotes positive behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing. By taking a trauma‑informed, relationship‑focused approach, the Pastoral Manager helps remove barriers to learning and ensures every young person can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
