Nursery Manager - Early Years

🌟 Leading the way – motivating, supporting and developing your team to deliver their very best.

🎨 Making learning magical – championing an exciting, inclusive curriculum where children can explore, discover, create and thrive.

💛 Putting children first – ensuring every child is safe, happy, listened to and given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

🏡 Building relationships – working closely with families and creating a welcoming nursery community where everyone feels part of the journey.

📚 Keeping standards high – leading on safeguarding, EYFS, Ofsted readiness and quality improvement, making sure the nursery is always moving forward.

🚀 Making things happen – managing staffing, occupancy, budgets and the day-to-day running of the nursery while bringing fresh ideas and a positive approach.
