About this role
The Clinical Team Leader will work as part of the Urgent Community Response Service, providing a combination of direct clinical care and operational leadership. The post holder will undertake face-to-face clinical assessments and interventions for patients referred to the service, whilst alternating into the Shift Leader role to support effective service delivery, caseload management, and clinical oversight
