Domestic and General Assistant

Job Information

We are an Adult only Mental Health Community Hospital based in Stockport. I am recruiting for a full time Domestic Cleaner and General Assistant to work 4 shifts per week. The hours are 8am until 5pm and you will be required to work some weekend as we are a 7 day operation.

Main Duties

The role entails the cleaning to a high standard of the wards, communal areas and offices. You will be expected to main total patient confidentially and no mobile phone are allowed whilst on the wards. There is a level or compliance paperwork required every day and a good level of speaking and understanding English is paramount

What we are looking for

The candidate must be a good team player but be able to work independantly also. Punctuality and professionalism is very important to the candidate
