Labourer / Van driver

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer / Van Driver to join our team. Responsibilities

Safely operate a van to deliver goods to various destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations

Assist with loading and unloading items, including heavy lifting, to ensure proper handling and storage

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly

Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues quickly

Support warehouse activities such as stock organisation, inventory checks, and general cleaning

Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment

Experience

Prior experience as a delivery driver or van driver is highly desirable

Proven ability in commercial driving with a clean driving record

Experience working in engineering environments and a fork lift licence is advantageous

Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and clients

Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures is preferred

Ability to handle physical tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
