We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Joiner to work on social housing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment schemes.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in social housing and be confident carrying out joinery work to a high standard in occupied properties.

Key Responsibilities

-

Carrying out joinery work as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment schemes.

-

Installing and fitting kitchen units, worktops, doors and other associated fixtures.

-

Completing general first and second-fix joinery.

-

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.

-

Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working environment.

-

Working professionally and respectfully in tenants' homes.

Essential Requirements

-

Valid

CSCS card.

-

Face fit certificate or willingness to obtain one.

-

Asbestos Awareness certificate.

-

Manual Handling certificate.

-

Working at Height certificate.

-

Previous joinery experience, ideally within social housing.

-

Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
