Your new company is a social housing provider based in Greater Manchester.

Your new role

Your new role as adaptations Senior Building Surveyor will require you to inspect and advise on housing adaptations for the elderly and vulnerable. You will plan and deliver projects such as ramp, rails, kitchen/bathroom and other works as and when required.

The role is initially for 6 months but will likely be extended and potentially go permanent subject to structure within the team.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you will need experience in a social housing environment ideally on similar projects, and experience leading and supporting junior members of staff as well as your own individual projects. Ideally a HND in building studies related subject.
