Your new companyA well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Gateperson / Traffic Marshal to join a busy commercial construction project in Kings Lynn. This is a long-term opportunity on a major development, offering consistent work through to July 2027.

Your new roleAs a Gateperson / Traffic Marshal, you will play a key role in maintaining site safety and security.

Duties will include

• Managing the movement of vehicles entering and leaving the site
• Directing deliveries and site traffic safely
• Ensuring all visitors and contractors sign in and follow site procedures
• Maintaining site access control and security
• Conducting basic site paperwork and records
• Supporting site management with general health and safety requirements
• Promoting a safe working environment for all personnel on site

To be considered for this role, you must have

• Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal card or NPORS N403 Traffic Marshal qualification (or SATM CLOCS)
• Previous experience working as a Gateperson or Traffic Marshal on construction sites
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to site safety
• Full PPE
• Ability to provide references upon request
