We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to provide high-quality patient care in a nursing home.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care.
- Assess, monitor and document patients’ conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital policies.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration.
- At least 1 year of UK nursing home experience.
- Excellent communication and clinical skills.
