CAREPOINT SERVICES LIMITED is looking for a fantastic CARE COORDINATOR to join our domiciliary care team in the BRIGHTON AREA!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

o Coordinating care packages and supporting our care workers

o Managing rotas and making sure shifts are safely covered

o Matching carers with the needs of our clients

o Communicating with clients, families and professionals

o Responding to changes and solving problems quickly

o Helping ensure our clients receive SAFE, PERSON-CENTRED AND HIGH-QUALITY CARE

o Supporting our team to deliver the best possible service every day

EXPERIENCE IN DOMICILIARY CARE AND CARE COORDINATION IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
