Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run dealership in Malvern, for the position of vehicle technician. The vehicle technician role involves maintaining and repairing a variety of makes and models, including cars and commercial vehicles, to the highest standards. Duties of a Vehicle Technician

• Servicing and repairing vehicles across all makes and models, including commercial vehicles
• Conducting fault diagnosis and electronic Vehicle Health Checks for customer review
• Ensuring work is completed to manufacturer specifications and workshop procedures
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Supporting the workshop team with technical advice and guidance as required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a vehicle technician, master technician, MOT tester, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and fault repair
• Experience working with multiple vehicle makes and models
• Full UK driving licence
• Background may include franchised main dealerships, independent garages, fast-fit centres, or self-employment
• Customer-focused attitude with pride in delivering high-quality work
