Multi-Skilled Operative - Joiner

Main Purpose

To maintain the properties within the Target portfolio to a high standard. To carry out planned, reactive and emergency repairs as and when required within agreed timescales.

Specific Tasks & Responsibilities

Work independently on task lists

Maintenance and repair work for buildings and facilities

Completing joinery, such as but not limited to: studwork, roofing joinery, hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves and installing kitchens

Basic plumbing tasks

Assist and liaise with external contractors and others as necessary

Undertake emergency jobs (e.g. reacting to the impact of weather conditions on buildings and grounds)

Be involved with building and maintenance work, when required, to alter or create workspaces suitable for the needs of the business

Maintenance of buildings and offices to comply with current legislation

Attend team meetings, supervisions, and training as directed

To understand and comply with Health and Safety regulations

Undertake any other duties as required to meet the needs of the organisation
