Monday to Friday - Early 06:00-14:00 | Back 14:00-22:00

Are you an experienced production operative with strong practical abilities and confidence using hand and power tools? We're looking for a

Skilled Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Cambuslang.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in assembling timber wall panels from start to finish, taking responsibility for the full production process.

Key responsibilities include

-

Assembling timber frames for wall panels

-

Fitting insulation and fireboard

-

Operating a variety of hand and power tools

-

Working from production drawings and specifications

-

Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity

-

Supporting the Line Leader in achieving performance and quality targets

-

Helping train and develop other team members

-

Ensuring the working environment remains safe, clean and efficient

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, joinery, construction or a similar practical role

Confidence using hand and power tools

-

Strong hands-on and problem-solving abilities

-

Good attention to detail and a focus on quality

-

Previous leadership or mentoring experience would be an advantage
