Programme Manager

You will

lead the planning and delivery of a major TPS workstream, keeping objectives, milestones, benefits and dependencies on track; provide strong programme leadership across governance, risk, issues, assurance, performance and reporting; build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery partners across organisational boundaries; lead mobilisation and integrated delivery planning, aligning resources and activity around agreed priorities; identify and resolve barriers to delivery, maintaining pace and confidence in a complex environment; use data, insight and performance information to support decisions and track benefits; and support a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across programme and delivery teams.
