Main duties of the job
Patient-Centered Care
Provide thoughtful, sensitive care and treatment to young people and their families, working closely with senior nurses and consultant psychiatrists.
Advocacy
Ensure the voices of young people are heard and included in their care plans, promoting a partnership in care.
Family Involvement
Liaise with families to guarantee seamless patient care and support.
Collaborative Care
Work as an associate/key-worker, participate in care planning, and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making.
Safe Environment
Maintain a welcoming, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for all. Please note applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience.
